4 Ways to Contact Phlatbed for help

Whether you are on the road or taking the day off, customers and drivers can contact Phlatbed for support whenever they need to, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1. Web Based Support

You may contact us via the Contact Us page on our web application. Simply fill out the form and submit. We respond to every inquiry within 72 hours or less.

If you need to update your profile information, add new vehicles, or understand your weekly payment statements, you can do all of this (and more!) directly in the your profile page. Simply go into your profile, and from there you will be able to make changes.

2. Social Media

In addition to Web based Support, you may reach us via our social media pages - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Google+.

General Support content is constantly updated and available via our FAQ page as well. This allows prospective customers and drivers to learn more about phlatbed, before getting started.

We also include information on safety, community engagement, and other available services.

3. Phone

Phlatbed has an EMERGENCY ONLY support telephone line. For all emergencies please CALL 911 FIRST!

For emergencies, first call 911 prior to calling Phlatbeds emergency support line. We also notify all local law enforcement authorities on every emergency notification.
